For Miri, Sarawak, subject to transaction amount and quantity ordered. Our shop personnel will deliver straight to you.
For other Sarawak area, also subject to transaction amount and quantity ordered. Will deliver through postal service (Such as Poslaju or J&T) or by bus express. Courier fee will be charged separately.
For Brunei area, runner will be introduced if necessary. Customer will have to pay the runner for service fee during collection.

Exchange only can be made 3 days from the date of purchase.
NOTE:
1. Only small items such as LED bulbs and downlights are applicable for exchange
2. Electrical appliances such as ceiling fan and other large LED items are not allowed for exchange.
